Brought a car in December, part of the agreed sale included a gearbox and diff service, two months down the line (after many chase up calls each time being fobbed off) Hilton garage are now refusing to do the service saying it doesn’t need to be done yet…the amount of times the matter was ‘passed to this department and you’ll get a call back asap’ and never did! Have also had issues with the car from day 1 that should be covered in the warranty that was sold with the car, once again Hilton garage fobbing off saying they are ‘chocker till April’ ‘you can go elsewhere that accept the warranty company’ no one wants to deal with an external warranty company it seems…. So in summary, avoid this garage as they will promise you everything to get the sale and then bury their heads in the sand when you try and go back to them for anything at all!
Paid deposit on 28/1/27 decided not to go ahead disputed it with bank as there was definite answer from Hilton garage then 5 days later they returned my deposit so I contacted the bank to tell them they messaged me to say it would be repaid back to them wich it was on 27/2/26 and today on the 4/3/26 they have taken it again
Had some issues with purchasing after an admin error, these things happen and they were quick to fix the problem and help us - Ethan was great, gave us all the time in the world to look at multiple cars and even test drive a few. Drove away with the perfect car on the same day 😁
