Came to look at a Kuga St Line X and dealt with Dom who was fab. Answered every question, was super easy to talk to and we ended up buying the car on the day. They even changed the battery on one of the keys as it was showing as low. Would highly recommend when looking for a Ford in the area.
I have been a loyal customer of this dealership centre for over five years, and I have even purchased my car from them, which makes this recent experience on 8th June even more disappointing. I originally booked my car service after being quoted £169, only to find out on the payment that would actually cost £220 — with absolutely no prior warning or explanation regarding this price increase. Secondly, I dropped my car off at 8:00am and was told it would be ready by 12:00pm. However, by 11:00am, I checked the progress tracker and saw that no work had even started on my car. It was only after I complained shortly before midday that work finally began. In the end, my car was not ready until 2:15pm, over two hours later than promised. This caused me unnecessary travel expenses and made me late for work as I had to make alternative arrangements. To make matters worse, despite paying more than originally quoted and receiving delayed service, I never received the usual vehicle health check video or report, which is normally an important part of the service and helps customers understand the condition of their vehicle. I emailed customer service the same day requesting a refund and asking for the missing inspection documents. It has now been nearly a week, and I have been completely ignored. The lack of communication has been shocking. It is very clear this site is overbooking service slots and relying on customers’ goodwill, regardless of the inconvenience caused. While I was there, I noticed several other customers also waiting far longer than expected for their cars to be completed. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience with poor management, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service. After five years of loyalty, I will not be returning, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this location.
Very disappointed again with this branch. Car was booked in for service and recall issue. Got a call at 11am saying car ready but recall issue not done as software not working. As I couldn’t get out of work until 4pm, I asked them to try again later to complete the recall issue and this was agreed. I hadn’t heard anything at about 3pm so I rang and was told all work was completed. I specifically asked if the recall issue had been completed and I was told it had been. Travelled to Wigan to collect only to be told I would have to book in again for the recall issue as this had not been completed. I am utterly disgusted at the situation given I have to ask for someone to also take time out of work to drive me to the showroom. I would not recommend this branch and will be taking this further as there was absolutely no concession to fixing this situation in any way at all. I did buy this car with a package that included pick up and drop off for service but have since been told that this is no longer an option despite me having paid for this. Miss-selling and poor customer service.
