Overall, I am quite satisfied with the repair process. However, it often takes a long time for someone to answer the phone, and no one picked up during previous attempts to make arrangements. On the positive side, the staff are generally very polite. One area for improvement would be ensuring that calls are answered promptly, especially when customers need to make a booking.
Used the app to book a service with collection and delivery, 1st time booked it in on the app, took it to the garage, no record found. 2nd time no one shows to collect so call the garage, they no longer offer that service? So if you donβt offer it update the app to state that. DO NOT USE THE APP TERRIBLE.
