Very poor service. Booked car to do some work on Saturday, the guy on the desk didn't care at all. They were supposed to check few things, that are included in the price. When came to collect the car, it turned out that they didn't check anything because they couldn't access it (they said there was an object in a way, that can be moved easily, they just didn't bother). They didn't call to clarify about moving it or to notify that it is an issue (they said they would). When we asked why they didn't call, the guy changed his answer and said they didn't have enough time to check the things that they were suppose to and still charged us for the work they didn't do. Why even book us on the day when you dont have enough time to do all the work you meant to? Will not recommend and will not be coming back.
Service fine but the service department do not answer the phone and they said they would ring me to say when it was ready but they didn't. I left it until the next day and went to pick it up and they rang me just before I arrived. Courtesy car booked up months in advance but they don't mention that when you are booking your car in. Difficulty finding parking space.
Overall, I am quite satisfied with the repair process. However, it often takes a long time for someone to answer the phone, and no one picked up during previous attempts to make arrangements. On the positive side, the staff are generally very polite. One area for improvement would be ensuring that calls are answered promptly, especially when customers need to make a booking.
