The after service of this retailer is beyond shocking. Firstly, i got promised definitely numerous times Monday delivery and the vehicle turned up on Tuesday even they knew i urgently needed it for Monday which was part of the deal why i went with their vehicle. I got promised 2 keyrings with my delivery and only received 1, each time i tried to call the numerous times would never receive a call back from Andy or Kish, spent hours on the phone chasing and they couldn’t fulfil their promise as i got told we don’t do keyrings here. Well why promise something if you can’t fulfil it. Next, onto the BYD app, nobody seems to be able to send forms off to BYD for me to get the app running with my vehicle and it’s been a week and still non the wiser, nobody seems to be helpful or know what they’re doing at this retailer so I’ve contacted BYD direct and they’ve stated the dealer has sent over the wrong email address which is why I can’t add my vehicle onto the app. STAY AWAY from these guys their after service is shocking and nobody ever rings back or is reachable after youve agreed a deal. I took my car for an air bag recall which should have took a morning .I took the car in on a Friday and was told they would ring me when it was ready to be picked up.I waited all day and had no contact from them to tell me it was ready. I tried calling on 2 numbers one just rang the other went on hold until they closed. The service department don't work over the weekend so I will be without my car for at least 3 days .I wouldn't recommend using here to get your air bag changed
