Was contacted by evans halshaw to book in a service under the plan I have been paying for for 10 months now. Was directed to the ford altrincham branch. Only after arriving at the branch on the day of the service was I informed that my plan didn't cover this branch and I would need to pay for the work up front. There was no effort made to rectify this nor to compensate me for lost time and money. Very poor communication and service.
SHOCKING!!! Please look through their recent reviews and not just the star rating.. Awful service disgusting attitude from start to finish! Too many things went wrong to mention and worse was the awful attitude from the staff member that I was dealing with. Insult to injury they have asked for my feedback several times and despite leaving them a 1 star huge cause for concern response. Their response each time has been that they are pleased I am happy with their service!! What a joke.!
Just bought a used Jaguar xe from Evans Halshaw, Mahi was extremely helpful, would recommend his help directly from this dealership, helped from the start, sending a video of the car over when I registered my interest to completing all the documents at purchase, made the whole process easy, thanks Mahi!
Not the best experience at this dealership. Visited to look at a used car. Car was filthy inside and out, so much so that all of the windows had been wound down and air freshener used in an attempt to hide the pungent smell. Still took the car for a test drive, which only made the car smell worse as it was in the carpets and air-conditioning. Previous owner must have owned a dirty dog or other animals. Explained to Daniel what the issue was with the smell, who looked blankly at me, and after advising that I would be interested still but the whole car needed a deep clean and cabin filter etc needed to be replaced. Yet again very little discussion from Daniel, who didn’t really appear that interested. Asked him to let me know once everything was done, and I’d return for another test drive. However I haven’t had a single phone call or email from him since. They obviously aren’t interested in getting my business, even though I drove almost an hour to get to them.
