After paying for an engine management test, Maisie told me...that my Citroen Berlingo Van needed to have a new Turbo fitted, however when a new Turbo was fitted... costing over two thousand pounds, the engine management fault light still remains on, and now Maisie tells me...that another new part needs to be fitted and my vehicle needs to be in the Evans Halshaw Workshop for another whole day.
Tried 8 times to get in touch over the phone, no response. Eventually got a response to one of the emails i sent, however, i had to go into the dealership to be able to speak to someone to confirm the booking. During the Service and MOT, i was told that a tyre was graded as Red and needed immediate attention and replacing, however, it was 2.7 - 3.2mm over the entire width, and no defects or damage. Had i not queried and challenged that report and advice i would have been unnecessarily charged for a replacement tyre.
I booked in my 2 year old Citroen for a full service at £185 quoted on line. Later I was called advising that it will actually be £255 for a full 'Citroen' service using genuine parts which I reluctantly agreed to after concerns regarding warranty. On the day of my appointment I took the car in and was called later that day to inform my that it needed a scheduled brake fluid change which was another £80. This should be included in the full service, it is changed every 2 years and is not something they discover once the car is with them. Basically they are hiding the full cost of the service.

After my service with in one mile my drivers side front wheel trim came off and was ran over by a wagon when I went back and reported the issue I was told by the service manager that the wheel trim can come off at any time !! I have had the car for over 14 months and non of the wheel trims have fallen off ?? He told me to go to the parts department and order a replacement about £30. He did not ask me my name or car reg so how did he know what service my car in for, VERY DISAPIONTED
