Travelled over from Ireland to buy a 2019 vw amarok off Craig and Kevin at Chastons. Couldn\u2019t have been happier with the service. Very basic to reach from Bristol airport. Would highly recommend, yard full with lots of very clean stock, definitely something there for everyone. Thank you lads
Amazing! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig and Kev. I initially test drove the car on behalf of my daughter, after which the purchase was completed smoothly. Collection was efficiently arranged, and they even offered to open 20 minutes early on the Saturday to accommodate us for the handover, as my daughter\u2019s work commitments prevented her from attending on another day. A truly excellent company\u2014highly recommended

I bought my Seat Ibiza from CMC about two weeks ago. I have to say the service we got from Craig, Kevin and Kyle was first class. From the first telephone call we made to enquire about the car there was a friendliness and professionalism which continued right throughout the process. When we viewed the car for the first time it was immaculate inside and out. There was a minor fault identified when we test drove the car which was rectified quickly; nothing was too much trouble and there was no sales pressure. Would highly recommend CMC. I bought a 15 plate blue polo from this company in December, I could not miss out on writing a positive review for this company. I spoke with Craig on the phone prior to viewing the car and he was so warm, kind and friendly it made me feel very comfortable and I looked forward to viewing the car. My father and grandfather came with me, Craig was welcoming towards them too, he answered every question we had and made me feel comfortable and happy to buy this car, they even gave me a bunch of Christmas themed flowers when collecting my car on the 23rd December. I was dreading buying a new car as I do not normally like salesman as it makes my anxiety sky rocket\U0001f923 however I would buy another car from Craig and Kevin in a heartbeat. The car had a scratch on the back when we bought it and Craig was more than happy for his men to sort it out, Kevin was there when we dropped the car off and gave me a lovely curtesy car too. They even listened when I explained that I worked with looked after children and needed a reliable car to transport them and took this into consideration when giving me the courtesy car. I highly recommend Chastons motor company for to anyone who says they are looking for a car now and will do for a long time. I am very grateful to both Kevin and Craig and appreciate everything they have done.
Very professional, friendly customer service. You can tell these guys look after all their cars and are focused on giving the customer the best possible experience.
