Went to Chastons Motor Company and was really happy with the service. As a young woman it\u2019s always a bit daunting going shopping for cars on my own but I felt very at ease here and didn\u2019t feel pressured at all. Lovely service by Kyle and Craig and they couldn\u2019t do enough to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase. Would recommend.
Bought my car from charstons car sales and from start to finish they was fantastic, they helped me sort out the payment as I couldn't do it and then on day of collection I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers off them which was a lovely thought. 2 weeks later I had a dead battery on the car and even tho it wasnt covered by the warranty they ordered me a new battery. I cant thank them enough and I would highly recommend them \U0001f601
Update 24/07/26\u2026Second Purchase Well what can I say , this is my second purchase from Chastons as wouldn\u2019t go anywhere else , this one was for my daughter a VW polo . Had the same great service as first time around , no pressure , very patience ( needed with me ) nothing is to much trouble for Craig , Kevin and Kyle , fantastic team , thanks guys Well what an amazing car dealership this is !! Craig and Kevin have been brilliant!! None of that salesman pressure tactics , made feel totally relaxed and allowed me to view cars at my own pace ,, extremely helpful answering any questions , and I would say completely honest , which is what it\u2019s all about ,, thank you Craig and Kevin , we are extremely happy with our new car !!! I would like to thank the staff at chastons motors in Blackwood we went to purchase a new car on arrival the staff met us and introduced them selves by name and said your free to look around and drive any car you want they then left us alone to shop when we needed some help about any car they were very knowledgeable then left us to continue sitting and trying cars out we picked a car we liked but after talking to Kev he explained that due to the amount of town driving we did it wasn\u2019t the right car we continued to shop and eventually bought a new Renault deisel by the time Kev finished talking through how it all worked we were very happy and due to work commitments we had the car delivered to our house first class service and took our old car back on the trailer absolutely first class service I don\u2019t like shopping for cars as the sales men / women never leave you alone but chastons never bothered us at all and the flowers given to my young lady was the cherry on the cake what a lovely gesture I didn\u2019t get any thing mind ha ha brilliant company and staff see you in 3 years for another car Thankyou once again and very good luck to your company Paul and Lisa

Travelled over from Ireland to buy a 2019 vw amarok off Craig and Kevin at Chastons. Couldn\u2019t have been happier with the service. Very basic to reach from Bristol airport. Would highly recommend, yard full with lots of very clean stock, definitely something there for everyone. Thank you lads
