The company is trying really hard before the transaction is completed. There was no problem for the dealer to call us to make sure that we will be comming to complete the purchase but when I send a request through an email couple of days later.... no call. Quite disappointing especially that after the purchase we have noticed the chip on the windscreen. I am not sure if I would recommend that company.
We’re less than 48 hours from seeing the car online and we’re now driving it away! Noel has been brilliant from start to finish. He’s always answered every call and question and he has been very clear and up front throughout the whole buying process. No hard sales, just a nice friendly guy with A1 service. Thanks Noel 🙂
The salesman was very patient with me whilst I got all of my ducks in a row before, during and after my purchase. They MOT’d it free of charge and fully valletted it too. I was given time to sort my insurance out and the car was an absolute steal I terms of price. It had done less that 5000 miles! Would recommend Cartime to my family and friends.
