Initially liked the service, went ahead with the purchase not at the fantastic appealing rate advertised, no it was 12%!! drove away home pulled away the paper floor mat to see hole in the footwell mat in a tesla 4yr old!! Then noticed a chip in the windscreen, left it be,but now come to get new tyres to be told the tyres on this EV r not EV tyres!! So now with the high interest rate applied im in negative equity & stuck with the agreement for another 12mths to hand back...this co isnt like your nissan or mercedes where you can clearly see your end term valuation etc, its all very jazzed up & quickly moved on to sign n take away If you have bad credit then maybe this is an option but god help if u have an accident as you will owe more than the cars value...get a bank loan n finance part to keep your rights!
Maybe I was just lucky, but there were two vehicles at Cartime both of which were exactly what I wanted. The salesperson I dealt with, Haider, was very personable and helpful. I chose one of the cars I had already seen on the Monday and picked it up (looking like a new one) on Wednesday,seamless.
I have a mixed feeling with Car time. Sam the gentleman who sold me my car was great very polite friendly and genuinely an all round nice guy. I had seen the car on a Saturday and it was exactly the car / spec I was looking for so put a deposit down and said I would be in the next day (Sunday) to look at the car. On Sunday the car was not available to see because it was at the prep shop and locked in and no one has access to keys to get it out, having driven an hour this was a disappointment. I arranged another day to go and see the car / complete purchase and all went smoothly to be fair. I was disappointed however a month later when going to give the car a deep clean, to discover the parcel shelf clips appear broke and like they have been super glued meaning I could not remove this part. For the reasons of a pointless first journey and the issue with the parcel shelf not being able to be removed, also slightly pushy around extra add ons, part ex price. Finally, again Sam was a nice guy but I felt like they didn’t want to sell you the car unless you left a positive review and pressuring reviews it likely going to leave you with negative reviews. For these reasons I give it a 3/5
This is the third car we’ve purchased from Noel at Cartime in under six months. He first helped our son secure his first financed car in December 2025, so when it was time for my husband and me to upgrade, we naturally returned to Noel for his support. Noel is knowledgeable, thorough, and highly professional, and he supported us every step of the way. I was unsure about which car to choose next, but Noel patiently guided me through the process, offering helpful advice throughout. Cartime offers a fantastic selection of vehicles, and the entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable—completely free from the usual pushy sales tactics, which made a big difference. We would definitely recommend Cartime, especially Noel!
Discussed financial options and Bradley made this a smooth and easy process deciding that car I had gone with was the correct one while ensuring I was updated and the car was in pristine condition and any touch ups were completed. Great experience all round, Thanks Bradley.
