Purchased a car from a salesman called Suhaib. He was amazing to deal with throughout, got nervous a few times, as was my first time buying a car on finance. Suhaib reassured me and explained everything in a way I would understand. Other dealerships I had visited were quite pushy but Suhaib was not pushy at all, gave me all the time I needed. I am very thankful for the experience and will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade. Keep up the hard work.
Customer service was outstanding throughout. Haider the senior sales executive provided an amazing journey of buying my latest vehicle. He met all our needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully satisfied from start to finish. I would not give a second thought in returning in the future and will definitely inform others to go there. Huge thank you, to you Haider 😁
TERRIBLE COMPANY WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN FROM THEM!!!! Firstly customer service from Paul the salesman was awful, as he was giving sarcastic comments to everything we asked also very pushy asking to pay the deposit to buy the car. Then once we bought the car we noticed a fault and Cartime refused to do anything about it. We had to ring several times and finally spoke to a different branch. The manager there sorted it. All the want is a sale.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY We bought a car from this company in March and on our journey home there was a problem with it. We took it to a garage the next day suggested by Cartime and the garage found problem after problem. It is now 8 weeks down the line and we have only just got our money back. Such poor service for a big company.
