We were very well taken care of by Bradley, who is a credit to the team at Cartime. He is truly professional and sincere to work with. Whilst the weather was at its worst with heavy rain he braved the elements and had no issues allowing us to thoroughly inspect the car and take it for a test drive. I could not of asked for a better experience whilst looking to purchase a vehicle.
Sales staff great. Sold car with not enough MOT left on it. Told no problem just ring up and we will book you in. This is where Cartime falls apart. After sales/service is not exsistant once they have your money. Cannot speak to them just goes to voicemail and no returns your call. I'm not sure Ste exists becuase that is who I need to speak to. If you only pick up the phone or respond to voicemails you would have got 5 stars.
Noel was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Great service from Michael ! From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all of my questions clearly, and shouldered the pressure which comes with buying a car. Initially very impressed with the salesperson at the start of the journey but thereafter unfortunately a really awful experience once a sale had been agreed and the car was delivered - which was definitely not as described and was rejected within 14 days of delivery. Alongside noticeable bodywork issues on what was “a stunning car with absolutely no marks to the paintwork”, an independent inspection also identified multiple and not insignificant mechanical issues which would have failed an MOT. With the advice being not to drive the car until repaired at a cost of over £2,000 - not great when buying a first car for my daughter. This does raise serious questions on how it passed Car Time’s stated 62-point mechanical PDI, service, MOT and road-worthiness checks, and how this aligns with the “peace of mind” assurances provided at the point of sale when several findings related to matters that should reasonably have been identified during preparation. Looks like others have had similar experiences and I see the car is up for sale again and higher in price - so buyer beware even with the assurances “Every car is thoroughly inspected before sale and comes with a full history check, so you can buy with complete peace of mind”.
I had a great experience purchasing my Skoda Enyaq. The support from the salesperson Michael Jackson was excellent. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made everything straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated his honest approach and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone considering a new car.
