Excellent customer service. Ben o was very knowledgeable about the car. Explained clearly how everything worked. Friendly honest and east to talk to. While experience I would highly recommend and ease if transporting the car to garage locally was great. Thank you. I would use Carsa again.
I introduced myself we were asked to sit at a table we did so we spent a long time looking at one another then we were told we could look at the car, I did so then we sat around again for a long time how to test drive I informed the salesman that we would buy it you went off I asked some technical questions the salesman went off we waited for a long time again come back with the technical information , with the salesman came into its own right was when I was trying to buy the vehicle I was told I could buy vehicles for cash which I had brought up I then was told that cash men by bank card which you do not accept either of these methods of payment he explains that this meant bank cards if a member of my party had not been there I would not be made to do this for you! the money was then transferred to your account. the salesman that this alone again branch was all but clothesby the time successfully close the deal we arrived at four o'clock and we went home with the new car at 6:58 for a three hour with Juninho there was no petrol in the new car and the running battery of the electric car was flat I do not know this is correct however I feel the car with petrol and it was an incredible drive I enjoyed every moment of it. This was the highlight of the day driving such a luxury car home. The salesman was very professional he seemed to be the only one that was working there. Yours sincerely Mr CJ Fecci
Unfortunately the front tyre was illegal and just passed an mot from carsa two days ago earlier checked the mot history and it came up as an advisor nine months earlier but not on carsa mot they said where they the same tires not sure you would put illegal tyres on 🤔think there’s a problem there just check the car is legal before you buy
Found a vehicle, the location specified is not the place advertised, they transport the car to another branch, which is fine. Booked the test drive at £39 first niggle, as it was a diffrent date to what I wanted and was told they would sort, a chap I spoke with changed it thats fine. It was all booked to go and see, had confirmation the next day, I made arrangements for a childminder and paid. I then noticed the advert for the car had disappeared. I telephoned to ask why and if it was still available, as I wanted to print the details to make sure everything was as advertised, I was then passed to someone who told me he was going to call me that afternoon to let me know the vehicle had damage to it and wouldn't be coming, as it now had to go into a body shop to be put right. Of course, they were going to refund the £39.00 I paid; however, I had booked a childminder who isn't a car company, which I also paid for, and now lost. I have received the £39 back, but I am out of pocket and the car, I have said no to, as it is obvious it's not just a scratch that needs work. Unfortunately, not a company I would want to deal with again. I just hope they tell whoever is interested in the vehicle that it's had to have bodywork done.
