I thought I would take the time to write this as I had read all the negative reviews of Carsa but still wanted to view the a car I was after that I had seen on Carsa. The car was 300 miles away and I paid the £39 to view the car using a credit card , so the car was transported to a Carsa showroom 12 miles from me , I went to view it and decided not to purchase it , I never received any hassle phone calls trying to get me to buy it , in fact after 2 days I phoned Carsa up to ask for my deposit back , the person said that's fine and the refund is all sorted , 4 working days later refund arrived as promised, nothing at all like so many of the negative reviews had said. Well for me my Carsa experience was a pleasant one , with no dramas at all , 10/10
Carsa made the whole process simple! A great value car, non pushy sales people, great APR rate for EV’s and an unsupervised test drive so you can really get a feel for the car. Cameron from the Cannock branch was really easy to talk to and did a great job of explaining all the things they offered without being pushy. A big thank you to him for sorting my part exchange and a thank you to the manager of the Cannock branch too! Would recommend if you are looking for a new car or an EV.
