My appointment was on Wednesday 29/04/26 @ 11:00 i turned up on time and the car wasn't there. I have to drive back and come back again with the petrol being so expensive. On my second trip i spent more than 3 and half hour until the finance closed, while the finance was approved in advance. Full day waisted and the following day i spend also more than 3 hours. The processes is so slow and time consuming. Need more synchronise processes and speed things up. Also have a compensation process in place for disappointment customer.
Having purchased a Honda from Carsa I have to admit, the after sales team and customer service team have been brilliant. Can’t fault this company and highly recommend them to anyone after a great deal on a nearly new car. To point out some highlights, Sam from resales was amazing, Anothrr Sam from Durham was really good, dealt with my niggles without hesitation and let us have a good test drive of the vehicle to make sure we were happy. Even today’s experience over the phone registering my new number plate was flawless. Honestly guys, keep up the great work, your entire team are a testament to how things should be done 👍
When I did talk to an advisor about the car they were very unsure about the cars history. It also took over 4 hours for the process to be completed when we could finally go home. when we did go home there was still multiple customers waiting after the shop was supposed to be closed so I think it’s fair to say the store isn’t very efficiently run. The paperwork should have at least been drawn up before we got there not once we were there.
If I could give no stars I would. Bought a car and had problems straight from the beginning. Awful Customer service, not bothered or helpful. Not even the CEO could be bothered. Took us 4 month of continued repairs and complaints to finally agree to take the car back. No offer of compensation and even charged us for the milage we done so that they didn't have to give us the part ex value back. We lost a lot of money as we had a lot of outlay because of all the issues. So, stay far far away from Carsa.
We went for car we had seen online, it was as described, Kwami assisted in test drive and paperwork, as he was day off when we collected he'd informed colleague Omar to hand over. Main problem is you cannot direct contact Carsa branch, Drives me mad, also silly error regarding resetting engine management, means another time consuming trip to Bradford and back.
