The vast majority of the vehicles for sale at Carsa are priced below average compared to other competitors. The main issue I have with Carsa is the service that I received and the condition of some of the cars for sale. I booked a test drive which got cancelled the day before, which was fine for me. They rescheduled the test drive another day, but unfortunately even that time the vehicle hadn’t arrived and I was not notified. But I was fine with that because I was local. Also Carsa say that the vehicles for sale have been thoroughly checked, cleaned and valeted. But one of the vehicles I test drove was very dirty and had a bad odour inside. The vehicle’s steering wheel was heavily worn despite only being 5 years old with approximately 42,000 miles on the clock. The showroom and the staff seem a little disorganised, to discuss anything with the staff would take you at least over an hour because the staff kept on going back and forth to confirm the answers to the questions I had. Maybe the staff could be a little better trained, but I’m unsure. Also the staff discuss the cars for sale very well, but when I said that I am not interested in the ceramic coating, paint protection, alloy wheel cover and the extended warranty, the face of the sales person almost dropped to the floor and their attitude changed. They were trying to force me to buy the products but I was not interested. They also seem to force you into buying a car, but customers need time to make a decision because a car is not just for today, it needs to serve someone well for a good few years. Overall, due to the cars being priced below market average, I guess that is the reason as to why you will receive a below par experience compared to other competitors.
Amin was so helpful and ensured the process of completing finance on my new car was as smooth as possible. Friendly staff all round and would highly recommend! One thing Carsa just need to ensure is that the cars are ready to drive away, as there is a tyre pressure warning on the car which isn’t going away and the EV wasn’t charged so needed to find a charger asap after leaving. But otherwise the service was great and would return for sure.
