My Car got stolen and i was looking for a car, found a Hyundai Tucson on auto trader advertised by Car Yard, i called them and spoke with Ash who was very friendly and polite, went in later to see the car and to test drive it. I told Ash i really liked the car but would not get my insurance pay out till end of the week, he said he was happy to secure it with a deposit until i received the funds. I was very happy with the service and nothing was too much trouble for them. Great service and staff.
I had a fantastic experience with Cars Yard ltd from start to finish. The whole team was welcoming, professional and never made me feel pressured at any point. The car was exactly as described, in excellent condition and I felt confident I was getting a fair deal. It\u2019s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the service they provide. I appreciate the honesty, transparency and great customer service throughout. They have a bad trait and it\u2019s to maximise profits. Said that the car was serviced even though it wasn\u2019t 2020 last service of the vehicle evidently shown on all filters. Also hid the fact that the Sump was leaking and there was oil leaks in the vehicle by simply cleaning it up. Doesn\u2019t communicate thoroughly.
