I got the vw arteon from cars yard. I had a noise coming from the rear hud, I called the guys and explained the situation they told me take the car to a garage and let them know the outcome. I contacted them and explained the n/s/hub needed changing and the front two suspension need changing two, and one was misting and one leaking. I sent then the cost of works invoices to them. I live over two hours from them, good to there word they transferred the money into my account to cover the full cost of repair. I can not highly recommend them enough what you see is what you get a couple of good guys not always found with cars. Recommend highly

Financed a car off these lovely people and had problems from the get go. Car was awful customer service was awful very unprofessional. Slipped off a recovery drivers truck on collection. \u201cFixed it\u201d so went to collect it and it was dumped a few streets away outside someone\u2019s house. Had multiple useless fines 45 minute drive away from there garage so where joyriding the car. Days later more issues with the car 50k mile car btw. Luckily finance company helped me get rid off the car and made them take it back. If you enjoy problems and head aches get a vehicle of these guys.
