RED ALERT \u2013 STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE I contacted this service on 12 August after seeing a Volkswagen Golf advertised on the Cazoo website. The person I spoke to confirmed that the car was available, and we agreed that I would visit on Saturday, 15 August, for a test drive. On 14 August, at around 4:30 pm, I contacted them again to confirm that the car was still available. I was told that it was and that I could visit any time between 10 am and 5 pm on 15 August. Based on this confirmation, I travelled all the way from Liverpool specifically to see and test drive the car. When I arrived, the person I had been speaking to was not there. Instead, I spoke to two other members of staff who told me that the car had actually been sold weeks ago. I then called the person I had been speaking to, and unbelievably, he again told me over the phone that the Golf was still available. Only after speaking to the people at the site did he finally admit that it was a mistake from him. How can a business confirm the availability of a car multiple times, allow a customer to travel a long distance, and then say that the car was sold weeks ago? What made the situation even worse was the complete lack of professionalism. Nobody even bothered to apologise for the mistake or showed any concern about the inconvenience caused. The attitude was basically, \u201cI don\u2019t care.\u201d I had already seen a similar complaint in the Google reviews. However, I decided to ignore it, thinking that mistakes can happen and that a professional service would learn from them and improve. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. My experience was still extremely disappointing. They showed very little professionalism and did not seem to value their customers or their enquiries. I strongly recommend STAYING AWAY from this service. Based on my experience, it was not professional, and I would not recommend wasting your time or money travelling to their site to view a car. You are likely to be disappointed. If I could give zero stars or a negative rating, I would. I strongly advise others to stay away from this service.

Went to see a BMW 5 series liked it went away to think. Had some questions called back and was told to put down \xa3200 to secure as it had interest from someone else and remove from sale. I found another car with lower miles I asked for a refund and was then told it was non refundable. Never was this made clear either at the dealership or on the phone when I spoke to them. Car continued to be marketed in the 5 hours between deposit being taken and refund asked for. Was fobbed off with all sorts by them and the conversation ended with a waiving hand \u201cbye bye\u201d emoji from them. Now going via small claims court to recover deposit. Avoid.
Bought a Range Rover evoque from Car Market Yorkshire. Came with 3 months warranty they also put a full mot on the car for me. It failed on a few jobs that were done. I also paid for delivery. The car was delivered mid April as I did not need the car straight away it was parked on my drive till May. I used it for the first time then. The car seemed ok at first pulled slightly to the tight like the tracking was out. Bearing in mind I am in a built up area with a 30mph speed limit. I hit our bypass and increased the speed but soon as the car hit 45mph the car shook like a massage chair on speed also the stability light came on. The drive was frightening. When I got the car home I rang them they said they would collect and fix the car. Would have been happy with that. Then they asked me to take it to a garage for a quote luckily I have a local garage at the end on my road. Who I have used for years and have done plenty of jobs for me and I would recommend to anyone prices are fair and the work is top quality. Anyway got the quote cmy said they would need to speak to warranty.. The car shouldn't have left the forecourt and wasn't a warranty claim in my eyes the vehicle needed a drive shaft, steering angle sensor a battery and tracking \xa3930 price of job. The came back with warranty offering \xa3300 to \xa3500. I said no you can have the car back. As I paid on credit card for extra cover. Soon as I mentioned that warranty said they would pay full amount. Funny I don't believe there is any warranty. Anyway I have had the car repaired and I have paid for it. My garage to me the car was dangerous to drive and shouldn't have passed mot in the state it was in. I have been in touch for payment and basically ignored. And to top it all they over charged me on the car buy \xa3300 more than it was advertised for. Had the car been right I would have never known. Now my credit card company are doing a charge back for the repairs and overpayment. And I am in two minds whether or not to take them to county court for my losses. I have evidence to discredit any lie they try to get out of paying. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone they are selling cars not fit for the road
Excellent service from Company car Market Yorkshire, very professional at all times, we brought a Hyundai Ioniq the whole process was very easy going, both staff were very respectful. Abdul made us feel very welcome, answered all our questions, car was as described, we left feeling happy with the decision we had made, we only came to have a look and ended up buying. I would come back in the future and recommend it to family and friend, as we had a great experience
Great experience today walked in clue less. Young lad not only helped me with my anxiety in choosing a car he also made me feel welcomed offered me tea coffee and drink. Not only that he made sure my car was fully prepared valeted and polished before I drove it away... well recommended.
