I was served by Josh at Bristol Auto Hub, It was my first time buying a car and Josh was very friendly and helpful with helping me understand the process, I went for a test drive and was able to reserve the car the next day after having some time to consider. Thanks for making my time purchasing a car easy and comfortable :)
Josh made it so easy.we came from Norwich to pick my car up.He was so helpfull.He went the extra mile. Bristol Auto Hub Had their xmas party and was not go in on the Sunday But he come in and waited to18.00 for me to pick car up.Which he did not have to.Big thankyou for that.And on top i got a very nice car.I wish Josh and Bristol Auto Hub a very happy Christmas and Very Happy New year
I recommended my Mother (in her 60\u2019s) to go in here and take a look at a Kia Picanto. She ended up getting talked into buying a Citroen. A few days after picking up the car, it starts losing oil rapidly- having to be topped up once a week since then. Took the car to a few mechanics who suggested it\u2019s beyond economic repair and go back to the dealer. Bristol Auto Hub are saying that if she wants a refund, \u201cfees and charges\u201d will be involved. Or she can swap the car for another on their forecourt (and pay the extra obviously). This has been going on for nearly two months and isn\u2019t acceptable. You\u2019ve sold someone an unroadworthy car with a mechanical defect- a major one. You should have offered her the money back straight away, rather than pushing her down the route of purchasing a different vehicle from you, so you don\u2019t lose the sale. We\u2019re now in limbo- stuck with a car losing oil every week, whilst she doesn\u2019t want any of the cars on your forecourt. Disgusting manipulation of a vulnerable customer. This situation is ongoing. If the were an amicable resolution, I\u2019ll update this review.

He was so helpful, incredibly friendly, and remarkably efficient throughout the entire process of helping me purchase the car!
