Bristol Autohub is a brilliant place to visit if you\u2019re looking for a car. I went to 4 other garages and NOT 1 person came to speak to me. Josh at Bristol Autohub on the other hand was absolutely amazing. He had such a polite, professionally but also friendly manner and it was so easy to talk to him. He was able to provide me with all the information I required, made sure I was comfortable with my purchase, showed me through the car as it was my first automatic, got all the paperwork done for me and helped me with taxing the vehicle. From start to finish, he ensured I had the best experience and I would HIGHLY recommend him if you\u2019re visiting.
Had no problems with the Staff that worked there on the day of me looking at Cars,or when collecting my newer car from them, very helpful, sorted the V5C and the Road Tax as well before leaving the compound, so very grateful for that. Would l go back, yes l would,it look a very good, honest and well run business from my perspective. Got no pictures to show.
Went to Bristol Hub twice as I struggle with choice \U0001f923 Josh was amazing, very patient with no hassle for me to buy. Josh went through everything with me slowly for me to understand with still no pressure to buy. What a kind patient guy. Josh knew his stuff about cars 100%. Communication was great over the phone. Absolutely loving my new car. Great buy. All service history and mots from brand new. Would most definitely buy again from here. Thanku Josh \U0001f60a
I purchased a vehicle from Bristol Auto Hub SE16VTG (DO NOT PURCHASE!!) which developed multiple fault codes shortly after purchase, including engine management issues, brake faults etc, I exercised my consumer rights within the relevant period and attempted to resolve matters amicably. Despite clear communication, the process became unnecessarily prolonged and stressful. I was repeatedly told different things about my rights, and although I eventually agreed to compromises (including mileage and cambelt deductions which were unlawful) purely to bring matters to a close, further issues were raised only after the vehicle was returned and they wanted to deduct even MORE money. What has been most disappointing is the moving of goalposts and the lack of clarity and consistency throughout the process, despite my efforts to resolve matters reasonably and promptly. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this dealer to ensure everything is thoroughly documented, understand your consumer rights in advance, and be prepared for potential difficulties if issues arise. Even better- avoid this car garage like the plague! In relation to response from Bristol Auto Hub, I had the car for 5 weeks as they didn't have a manager working over Christmas so delayed responses until the new year- they did not order ANY part in as they didn't even inspect the car so that is untrue. It wasn't multiple holidays, we went away over the Christmas period and was assured the car was safe enough to drive by yourselves, in hindsight considering you have sold multiple cars that aren't road worthy it's clear I shouldn't have trusted any of you. (Evidently in reviews multiple people have had multiple issues) there is no slander here just clear facts which you're unable to accept. There was no cosmetic damages done by myself and you were unable to deduct for these because thankfully another garage recommended I videod the car when I returned it which thank goodness I did because you were trying to deduct for damages that was evidently clear was not done myself and was infact previously caused and evident in the original sales advert photographs, some of the claims were completely false and you were unable to provide evidence of the "dent in the foam seat" i mean you were clutching at straws! I stand by my original statement STAY CLEAR!!
Recently bought a car from here. Everyone I dealt with was lovely, no one was pushy in any way, absolutely left it to me but were great with any questions I had. When I explained I currently had no car (due to previous one breaking) they made sure my new car was priority and it was ready to go in 48 hours. Would definitely recommend it.
In regard to the owners reply, 9 months after my purchase of the car and my review. My phone calls were never returned, there was no communication between us, there was no offer to repair the faults and the car did not have a new MOT. I would like readers to be aware of the caliber of the establishment and I am shocked that they can reply with such dishonesty. Ignore their USP of 45 point checks and RAC accreditation. Purchased a car from them on the 29 July. The following day I found the high level brake light did not work. Spoke to Aron, the sales man on the phone, he told me he would have to check paperwork (what that would tell him???) never called back. Since then have found the side lights and headlights don't work, so their 45 point checks count for nothing. I'm shocked they are letting vehicles leave the premises that aren't even road legal. They are your stereotypical second hand car dealer, take your money then provide no after sales. I would recommend you buy elsewhere.
