When you first get there they are all nice and professional, wait until you buy their damaged cars and return it. If you value your money, time and safety in a car run away from buying cars with them l had a terrible experience, they sold me a vehicle they knew very well had a serious engine fault and lied to me. Purchased through finance they where claiming \xa33000 from my refund for damages that didn't exist. At least be honest on the condition of the car they will string you along attempting to fix the fault just so you exceed 6 months where you can't return the vehicle.
Extremely disappointed with my experience at Blue Sky Motors. I took a day off work and travelled over 100 miles to collect a car that was supposedly 'ready' and in good condition. \u200bHowever, during the test drive, the car was jerking significantly and had a massive loss of power (not picking up speed). To make matters worse, the Engine Management Light came on. It is clear the vehicle was not inspected properly before being put up for sale. \u200bDriving a faulty car like this is a safety risk. Wasted my time, my day off, and travel costs. Very unprofessional to let a customer travel this far for a car that isn't roadworthy. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
I had a very bad experience with this car company. The car I received was already few places dent, which was extremely disappointing and not what was promised. To make matters worse, the battery failed on the same day I bought the car. This clearly shows the vehicle was not properly checked before being handed over. On top of that, the staff\u2019s behaviour was unacceptable. They were rude, unhelpful, and showed no respect when I raised my concerns. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, damaged cars, and no customer care \u2014 avoid.
I very rarely give a car dealership 5 stars but this is entirely warranted. Picked up a little Ford Fiesta yesterday and the team were superb. Not only were they incredibly patient in answering all our questions, but had gone above and beyond in ensuring all advisories on the car had been taken care of, and to an extremely high standard. Cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. Extremely competent, totally trustworthy and especially being a woman with limited mechanical skills, felt they were completely reliable.
If i could write a review without stars i would, Appalling customer service, i had a car delivered to me (which i paid for) the car had multiple defects, which i was not aware in advance, crack in the windscreen, scratches on the drivers window, multiple chips in the paintwork, poor quality for a \xa313,000+ car. I refused the car and requested my money for the delivery back, staff were u helpful and rude, stated that they use a transport company but could not provide details of this. Very untrustworthy company that clearly don't have the customers best interest in mind, very disingenuous. Would stay clear and not recommend at all. Left out of pocket and very dissatisfied
