Never will I buy a car from here again. Paid over 10k for a car which is now a salvage car and I am still paying the finance. The Warranty solutions they upsold me did not cover a thing and the car is now going to the scrapyard. 10k wasted. Leaking radiator , leaking water pump , leaking thermostat , faulty intake manifold, faulty transmission which pretty much to repair all of this exceed the cars value. The transmission alone is over 5k to replace. BEWARE PLEASE
Doing their best to sell you extra separate insurance on parts etc, even if they legally are responsible for the vehicle's faults for a whole year at least, they've convinced me for 500 extra pounds..had troubles with steering rack from day one ,he was saying..oh it's just the road not that, when made aware, and eventually the extra insurer ,said they wont cover that so usless them and the others ,then had to pay and repair eventually all myself..let's not talk about hassle and thousands of pounds expense.. So good luck, For me they are same type of usual car seller that don't want the responsibility after the sale.. Found out later, and remember, faulty vehicle is to be considered, if defective, for at least one year (and+ some cases),the sellers fault and responsibility and no extra insurances of no third parties necessary!
I purchased a car from this company and have had nothing but problems since day one. The vehicle developed issues immediately, which is extremely disappointing considering the amount of money spent and the expectation that a dealer-sold car should be reliable and roadworthy. What has made the situation even worse is the level of customer service. Rather than addressing the problems professionally and constructively, I was met with a dismissive and patronising attitude. My concerns were not taken seriously, and communication has been poor throughout. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issues directly, the ongoing faults and lack of accountability have left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. This has been a stressful and frustrating experience that could have been avoided with better service and a willingness to take responsibility. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
Brought my very first car from this dealership and the process itself was smooth. However when I got back home, I took my car to the mechanic to get some engine oil put in, he checked the car and found some more faults with it. I had to pay out my own pocket to get these issues sorted and had to change two tyres by the time I got back to the house, baring in mind this is the first time I purchase a vehicle, so I know nothing about cars. I have recently given birth and spent 2 months in hospital with my newborn fighting for his life, only to come out of hospital and contact the dealership to sort out this issue. However when ringing the dealership for some help, he was very quick to put the blame on me and say ‘how do we know you didn’t do it’ (I barely know how to open a bonnet) and he was very quick to say it’s ’Wear and tear’ of the car. He continued on to end the conversation with ‘we’ll see what you do’. Like the unprofessionalism was shocking. My finance company tried reaching out to them where he stopped communicating with them too. Luckily I got reimbursed the full amount from my finance company and won’t be using this trader again.
