Very good costumer service. Mohammed the owner is a nice guy. The after care post purchase is responsive and excellent. If you are local and looking for a new car this the place.

Awful. Will sell you a heap of junk and take no responsibility for it. Sold a car that’s a recall. Not drivable and wasn’t a cheap car. Avoid . He’ll blame you and make the whole process hard .

Brought my very first car from this dealership and the process itself was smooth. However when I got back home, I took my car to the mechanic to get some engine oil put in, he checked the car and found some more faults with it. I had to pay out my own pocket to get these issues sorted and had to change two tyres by the time I got back to the house, baring in mind this is the first time I purchase a vehicle, so I know nothing about cars. I have recently given birth and spent 2 months in hospital with my newborn fighting for his life, only to come out of hospital and contact the dealership to sort out this issue. However when ringing the dealership for some help, he was very quick to put the blame on me and say ‘how do we know you didn’t do it’ (I barely know how to open a bonnet) and he was very quick to say it’s ’Wear and tear’ of the car. He continued on to end the conversation with ‘we’ll see what you do’. Like the unprofessionalism was shocking. My finance company tried reaching out to them where he stopped communicating with them too. Luckily I got reimbursed the full amount from my finance company and won’t be using this trader again.

Bought a car for my dad. It’s a family run business and you can really tell, the attention and care to detail was amazing. They covered everything, no stone unturned. You can tell they’re not dodgy at all (which is a huge thing for us because of past experiences buying cars). Would definitely recommend. Only just purchased the car so will update this in the future to see how it works out if there’s any issues! But my bet is they will help you out for sure.
