1 year ownership review: I bought an 2018 honda civic a year ago and already spend over \xa32000 in repairs even with honda warranty which i payed for it. The side mirror was cracked when i bought it, they told they will send me the parts but haven\u2019t got any. I had to change the turbo, the turbo gaskets, the dpf entirely failed NOT because of the carbon deposit. Im still driving the car because the handling and the feel is brilliant.Note: I do oil and oil filter change every 5000 miles So please get a mechanic with you when your buying the car from them
What a brilliant experience, no pressure, no hard sales. I seen the advert Friday AM and was driving away in the car Saturday 1pm. Spoke to Barry first on the phone Friday, he was very informative over the phone about the car and when I said I was interested a walk around video with a description of the car was sent over to me. Berry arranged a viewing Saturday noon and the car was exactly as described in every detail, it was Carl who I met Saturday at the showroom for the test drive and viewing, he gave me the keys and told me to take as long as I needed to look it over, ill be upstairs in the office if you need to ask anything, with that off he went upstairs to the office,while I viewed the car at my leisure, to top it all off Natalie emailed me 9am Monday morning to inform me the V5 was completed and sent an invoice, sorry I didn't see Barry and Natalie to thank them, so this review is my thanks to all 3, brilliant team, best car buying experience I've had in my 59 years. thank you
AutoQuest, a family business, and what an incredible family they are! Outstanding customer service, from the first interaction. The team couldn\u2019t do enough, they were polite, patient, and unbelievably generous. They agreed to take my original Car PX, for a deposit on the Car of interest, which was incredibly helpful. During my time there, I was offered more than enough. Only one tire needed replacing, however they\u2019d replaced all four tires, and I was given a spare. Renewed 12 Months M.O.T, Valeted, and Serviced. They kindly gifted interior Mat/Liner, and replaced the batteries in the Key Fobs. They Just go above, and beyond for their Customers! I couldn\u2019t be happier with my purchase, and I\u2019d most definitely recommend to those who enquire in the future. If only I could put a million stars! \u2b50\ufe0f

I dealt with Barry throughout who was always friendly, helpful, and communicated efficiently, so I always knew what was happening. They did what they said they would and more. It is main dealership and better service but more personal. There was no hard sales pitch and Barry was transparent throughout; even told me on our first phone call about a few things they weren\u2019t happy with on the vehicle and were putting them right, (the vehicle is 13yrs old). His honesty is rare in today\u2019s world; it is a big purchase for me, and this helped put me at ease. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.
