A very good experience. The process was open, absolutely straightforward and friendly. What you see is what you get with genuine assistance - even chauffeured from the station. Would highly recommend the team of Natalie, Barry and Carl. And I'm thrilled with the vehicle.

I asked Autoquest to sell my car on sale and return. I couldn’t have received better service. They were honest, realistic and sold the vehicle in 2 days. Car dealers can sometimes get bad reviews but you can really trust these guys. Top drawer!

So of course I read a lot of reviews before I picked the phone up and I can confirm that all the positive reviews for autoquest are very well deserved. From that first call with Natalie I had a warm and friendly welcome, she was knowledgeable & helpful but not pushy. I felt at ease and able to take the time to make the right decision. It turned out we were let down when selling our car so ended up doing a part exchange - this was easy and we got a fair price for the car. When we arrived Natalie came to meet us and talk through some crucial information with regards to the new car, then Barry went through the paperwork and payment - he too was very helpful and friendly. I know every business has to “ sell “ to be successful but here it isn’t a hard sell, it’s genuinely a family business that cares - I would absolutely return to this garage, despite the distance, as the service beats anywhere else I’ve been hands down. They really do look after you here.

Just purchased a car from Autoquest and got to say, they were brilliant. All the staff were friendly, efficient and very, very helpful. No hard sales pushed at you and very easy to chat with which reassured me. They sorted out all the paperwork from my part exchange and newly purchased car and couldn't do enough for me. Vehicle I bought was in fantastic condition with a lovely shine to the bodywork. When I'm after another car will definitely be giving them a call, 10 out of 10 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

I had viewed Autoquest Knutsford's used vehicles online and recommend them to my Mums neighbour who was looking for a reliable used vehicle. We viewed vehicles within her price range and what suited her needs and narrowed our search down to one specific vehicle. I contacted sales and spoke with Natalie who was informative and knowledgeable in the vehicle. We arranged to go and view the vehicle the following day. We travelled from Liverpool and on arrival we were offered refreshments and Natalie told us all the information about the vehicle history. Natalie then took us out to view the vehicle which was 'as described' and valeted. We agreed on sale and started making our way back to the office. As we did my Mums neighbour spotted another vehicle which had been advertised but was awaiting images for the website as it had not yet been valeted. After looking around the 2nd vehicle and a sit in the vehicle whilst Natalie told us the vehicle history we decided to purchase it! We were offered a test drive but we declined. During the sale all Terms & Conditions, warranty etc were explained to us clearly with no 'jargon' by Carl and full payment processed. We returned the following day and the vehicle was waiting for us, valeted (top quality valet) and ready to drive away. Terms & Conditions, warranty etc explained to us again by Natalie, who also completed the V5 owner transfer & taxed the vehicle for us online. All documents signed, 2 keys handed over and we were ready to drive away. The vehicle was 'as described', in excellent condition for a used vehicle and lovely to drive. The whole sales process was stress free and at no point did we feel pressurised to make a purchase. We also didn't spend ages in the sales office which can sometimes happen when purchasing a vehicle. Excellent service from Autoquest Knutsford!!

I recently purchased a car from Autoquest Knutsford and it was so refreshing to deal with such honest and lovely people. The car was as described (beautiful) and an extremely good price! The service was second to none, I would highly recommend :)

I took my car in for a machine polish and Polar Guard treatment. The finish looks excellent — deep gloss, smooth surface, and no swirl marks. They did a thorough job and paid attention to detail, especially around the trims and edges. The team was professional and explained what they were doing without any sales talk. The car was ready on time and looked far better than I expected. It’s been a few weeks and the paint still feels slick and easy to clean. Worth the price — I’d go back for the same service again.

I'm horrified paid 40k for a van that.needs work. They gave me \xa3188 ,toward.a \xa31650 bill. Terrible. My advise to anybody buying a car off them. They blocked me and yes you did refuse to pay for the repairs. I'm a lot of money out of pocket! And didn't trust you'd repair the motorhome properly. The turbo had failed within the first 1000 miles. We only paid as you were being difficult and blocked me. Chris even tried speaking civil to yourselves and got nowhere. Take a obd scanner or a mechanic. Don't trust them at all! And make sure you don't get it valeted. \xa3150 for valet but ruined decals. Turbo gone Dpf faults! And they won't accept they should pay for it. Ive proven.the cost and the problems But instead they just find ways around it.
