I was put in a position where I was forced to find a new car, after my car was declared uneconomical to repair. I knew what kind of car I wanted and Carla, from the Bolton branch took the task by the scruff of its neck and smashed every part of the process with me. Facing adversity wasn’t an issue for Carla, she went above and beyond to help me through the process and by the end I came away a happy man on my birthday with a birthday present to remember!
This was my first purchase of a car from Arnold Clark. It was also my first experience of buying a car on line. I only got to see and test the car once AC had shipped it from Scotland to London for which they charge a non-refundable £199. Nor does this charge come off the price of the vehicle if the sale goes through. Overall my experience with AC was very good. The car was exactly as described by the company. They had valued my trade in on line but the app they use for this doesn’t let you go into a great deal of detail about you car. This meant I could not point out a couple of minor issues with the car which they picked up when they saw it. However they honoured their original offer and the deal went through at the agreed price.
