After having two really bad experiences with previous dealerships where I was sold two dodgy cars, I was honestly so worried about financing another car and didn’t know who I could trust. I was feeling really anxious before I even walked into Arnold Clark. As soon as I sat down with Marcus, though, all of those worries started to disappear. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question I had without ever making me feel silly, and made sure I fully understood the finance process.
