Took a service plan out when i bought my car. Two service in the plan. Plus two MOT's Never used the MOT's and had first service done. Went to book second service. Which was over due (my fault) but they would not honor the service plan. Very poor customer service from a big company. Yet another lost customer.
Drew our sales person very helpful in all aspects of our purchase including arranging finance Very happy with cost of vehicle No hidden addition costs that you sometimes encounter that are added onto price. Whole process painless which is not always the case when you purchase a new vehicle!!
