Made the biggest purchase of my life - spent all my life savings on a new car. You’d think by spending £15k on an item that you’d get great customer service? Yeah, no. Probably the worst customer experience of my life. It all started when we got given the wrong spec information about our new car and after being confused due to the vast difference in info we were given vs reality, we brought it up - we were met with defensive attitudes and basically gaslit into thinking WE were the problem. They delayed any sort of proper follow up or response until after the 30 day mark. Not a great experience especially when you are dealing with salesmen with no customer service skills. This business is designed to pump out cars, get fast sales and no regard for any attention to detail when it comes to accuracy of information given. No accountability, no transparency. Once you’ve signed for the car, that’s their job done. Abysmal.
