I have just purchased a Volkswagen Golf Match 1.5 Petrol, from the Arnold Clark Volkswagen garage in Wishaw, Lanarkshire. David Sim the Senior Sales Consultant welcomed me and my wife in the nicest possible way. He dedicated all the time required to explain all the options available for the specific car I wanted. He even got me the specific grey color of my preference. He processed preparation of the sale smoothly and I received my brand new 26 plates Golf at a super price with a discount that I could not ignore. As I was returning to Volkswagen after driving three Mercedes Benz in the past 11 years David was very patient to Introduce me to the Golf Mk VIII+ and he prepared all the hand over extremely effectively. David is an asset to the Arnold Clark VW Garage at Wishaw and the garage in itself is a very customer friendly place. Overall I feel that the Arnold Clark VW at Wishaw was the friendliest garage I visited in a while and I am grateful to David Sim for a happy and easy purchase of a VW Golf of my preference. Thank you.
When looking round the cars, no sales agents approached me. I was left to brose the cars in my own time. When I found a car I wanted, the agent that I spoke to, said let me get the keys for you, started the car and let me sit inside the car, didn't start going on about the speck of the car. He answered questions I asked.
I had a very positive experience at the Stafford branch with Sales Consultant Dan Garner. He really listened to what I was looking for in a new car and offered me a range of suitable options to test drive. Dan had excellent knowledge of all the vehicles he showed me and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend both Dan and the Stafford branch.
We went looking for one type of car...we had two choices and settled on the car we bought..the salesman went through the deal available to us.it was not suitable..he spoke with his manager..that was not suitable either..he went back to his manager and he came over..we talked .I told him we were close to what I was looking for..they talked and said that could be done..we shook hands on the deal...
