From First contact with Derek McRae from Grangemouth branch to final pick up a week later the buying of my new car was seamless. It is a bit disappointing that there are no complementary car mats or initial half tank of petrol anymore but overall customer service can’t be faulted
The 60 hassle free warranty is anything but hassle free the aftercare service is non existent, purchased a car for almost 23k low miles and developed a major fault in 10 days of owning the car, if anyone values their sanity, do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs, please read Facebook pages of people's experiences, and tread carefully when dealing with these crooks
