My experience with Arnold Clark was very positive, I found a car I was interested in, while looking at there website, the exact colour and trim, a beautiful car with low mileage, and decided to reserve that car there and then, as lots of people were showing interest in the same car. That same afternoon one of their sales team sent me a virtual tour of that vehicle, I knew at that point that was my car, my first venture into electric! It was explained to me if all the paperwork could be put in place, I could drive away with that car the very next day, as Arnold Clark, Wolverhampton, is quite some distance from me, a good hour and a half. Everything did fall into place and I did drive away in that lovely new car, the very next day. The guy who showed me around the car, both online and when I was able to actually hands on look around it, was very friendly and professional in his approach, everything went very smoothly and was very relaxed, a brilliant team, everyone of them. 🙏
