I was not completely satisfied with how the finance agreement was arranged and explained. The appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, but due to email issues, the process took much longer than expected and we only finished around closing time. As a result, the agent seemed rushed and did not explain everything clearly. After we purchased the car, we still had a few questions, but the agent was always busy and was not very accommodating. I would have appreciated better communication, more time to explain the finance agreement, the status of the car, and better customer service throughout the process.
Great experience at Arnold Clark Hillington (Renault) From reception to Ryan in sales my experience couldn't have been better. A lovely showroom (coffee and biscuits provided) and very professional, competent staff. Ryan answered all my questions. He was very knowledgable about the car and set up my preferences on the touch screen before we drove away. Highly recommended!
