I recently purchased a car from Arnold Clark and would like to express my appreciation for Stephen, who looked after me throughout the process. From the very beginning, Stephen was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. At no point did I feel pressured, and I genuinely felt that he wanted to help me find the right car for my needs.
Buy a car and 2hours later problems started , took it to Arnold's clack workshop to find out the steering rack need replace,oil gasket,sump and filter was leaking oil alot,brakes, gearbox was out of line, 7 days before they took it back to repair and still waiting with no reply
Got the price down a little a little bit of a wait to get the car from another branch but worth the way haven't had the car long but had no problems but I do a have peace of mind with warranty I end up with 3 keys only one work was explain when picked the car up time I got up lock smith phone a day later they come to me and sorted it
