The whole team is amazing. From reception where you are made to feel like family, the mechanics who don’t con you into extra expenses, the valeting is 5 stars, the sales team is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and professional. James took care of us on this purchase and I honestly couldn’t fault him. He gave us a couple of days getting to know our new car, then gave us a quick call to answer any questions we may have. Even invited us to pop in to go through the couple of questions we had about some buttons/commands. Truly outstanding service from beginning to end by everyone. THANK YOU ALL.
Customer service is a bunch of liars. They lie about charge cable they lie about milage they lie about fixing the car. I have a mg4 and for the last year its not working been working ,faulty. IT HAS A MAJOR BATTERY FAULT. It dosent charge, its discharging its self. I am now left in 20k out of pocket for a car that I haven't been able to use properly for over a year have been able to drive for the last 6 months and cant get insurance for the last 2 months. This is a major stress. Stay away from electric cars that Arnold Clark sell. This is a rubbish brand of car mad worse by letting Arnold Clark sell them . Warenty dosent been a thing . No curtesy cars, no tow trucks and no clue how to fix things. Just good at robbing people. 6 months running i took the car to they to fix and they just keep messing me around. The last day I went the car had to be there at 8 in the morning and dident even get looked at til 2 in the afternoon while I am sitting in the sails room all day and its not finished til 5 at night. The manager is a con man and a liar. The hole experience of buying a electric car for Arnold Clark MG Linwood has been nothing but a major stress and a complete let down from the very start NOT A GOOD COMPANY, NOT TO BE TRUSTED
My daughter bought her first car from ARNOLD CLARKE LIVERPOOL it has started to rust badly it isnt even 3 years old so should come under warranty. The people at AC i contacted said he spoke to his manager who said there is nothing they can do. They are dishonest and not to be trusted DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE
