I undertook click and collect for an outright purchase of the vehicle - made straight forward via the Arnold Clark app. Payment and collection on the day was undertaken swiftly and it had been possible to transfer the vehicle from another Arnold Clark garage to one in York for my convenience.
We liked the sales consultant who was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. We liked the app & buying process. We didn’t like the amount of time taken by reception to answer the phone. We didn’t like the fact that the branch manager never introduced himself or thanked us for buying the car. Branch managers at other Arabic Clark showrooms do this , there is an inconsistency here. We didn’t like the fact that we didn’t receive the gift we had chosen, despite having made the choice weeks before electing the vehicle. A minor thing but one which separates an OK showroom from an excellent showroom.
I was assisted by a Product Consultant named Kyle. He handled the deal in a very professional way, carefully completed all my documentation, and responded positively throughout the process. Even after receiving the car, he has stayed in contact and provided good support. his customer service is excellent
