Although the sales team and the manager where all really nice it still didn’t make up for the stress and hassle of the car being damaged and having to sort out insurance for an extra few days which they paid for they did give me a full tank of petrol which I much appreciated . Also at the handover would have been nice to be shown the new feature and controls rather then just pushing buttons to see what they did. Also I didn’t know that the car didn’t come with mats and have had to spend £70.01 to order them which is a shame. As I said the staff were very good just a few niggles that could have been better.
Had a great experience purchasing a car from Arnold Clarks Warrington store. The sales representative Hamza was friendly, polite and professional. I was given plenty of time to look at the vehicle I was interested in before being asked if I'd be interested in buying, once I'd decided I'd like to go ahead with the purchase Hamza discussed all the different options available and which would be best suited to me, he answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. The car was ready for me by the end of the day and I couldn't be happier with it, overall great stress free experience and I'll be asking to deal with Hamza next time, couldn't recommend him highly enough 👍
