We have purchased through Arnold Clark previously and always found them to be very attentive and professional. We had a walkaround video of the vehicle before purchase and any minor defects were pointed out. These were attended to prior to me picking up the vehicle. The car was a 7 year Mini Clubman S and to be fair was in immaculate condition. The free 2 year service and MOT package offers peace of mind along with the 60 day guarantee. All in all a great experience with no hard sales.
Bought our new car from MG phoenix Paisley. Had an MG HS few years ago and decided to get another one. My sister bought her new MG from the phoenix and we were with her when she bought it. Al was very helpful and did everything very professionally. That was our main reason we went back to see him at MG .
Decent car, wouldn’t buy another car from here again but sales guy was good. Only after buying my car from here and talking to people about my experience have I learnt that many others don’t rate the customer service side after purchasing , my fault should have done more research but i needed a car quickly.
