If I could id give zero stars. I felt pressured into leaving a positive review when I bought the car, after staff repeatedly asked me to do so. This was after I had already been misled about what the car would include. When the car was delivered, it was missing several features that had been promised. From speaking to others, it seems this is a common experience. When I raised complaints about multiple issues with their service, they were ignored and no proper resolution was offered, despite ombudsman guidelines. I’m no longer willing to spend time dealing with this. Friends and family had warned me to avoid them, and I should have listened. Lesson learned. My advice to anyone considering them: 1. Don’t buy from them. 2. Don’t trust what you’re told! It feels like getting the sale takes priority, even if that means making promises that aren’t kept. 3. Don’t rely on their service plans! Even basic work doesn’t seem to be handled properly, and information about what’s been done can’t be trusted. Lookers is a much better alternative.
Booked a test drive but we had to wait as the car we asked to drive was not ready. After a lot of pfaffing, they gave us a different car. The salesman repeatedly tried to show us cars other than the one we said we wanted to look at. Eventually after we insisted, we got shown the right car. The order process was protracted and took a long time. The next day we had an appointment to collect the car but it wasn't ready when we arrived on time and again we had to wait. We were not given any warranty documents or any information at all about Vauxhall roadside assistance and we have been chasing the information up from the sales team. If I could have gone somewhere else in Aberdeen I would have.
