I am currently dealing with an ongoing issue with Arnold Clark Peugeot (Glasgow Hamilton Road) regarding my Peugeot 3008. The vehicle was taken to the dealership on 19 January following a recall and has remained there ever since. After inspection, I was provided with a repair quotation of approximately £2,974.80, indicating that a fault had already been identified. However, I have since been informed that further diagnostic work is required, which is difficult to understand given that a diagnosis appears to have already been completed. I have also experienced a lack of communication, with recent emails not being responded to. This has made it difficult to understand the current status of the vehicle or the next steps. At the same time, I have been in contact with Peugeot Customer Services, and the information provided by the dealership does not appear to fully align with what I have been told by the manufacturer. The vehicle has now been unavailable to me for a significant period, while I continue to pay finance and insurance. I am still hoping that this matter can be resolved promptly and fairly.
