This is the most unprofessional vehicle leasing company I have ever dealt with in the 24 years I have been a business owner. I was interested in a business contract hire for a new Kia van, and I had to chase them four times just to receive a quote. When I finally received an email, it was clear that the “Product Consultant” could not be bothered, as it only contained four different prices with no supporting details. There was no information regarding the length of hire, initial payment, mileage allowance, paint options, lead times, arrangement fees, delivery charges, or excess mileage charges. When I emailed back requesting a more professional and detailed proposal, I received no response at all—just silence. Needless to say, I decided not to pursue this company any further and instead found a much better Kia leasing company who have been far more attentive.
Went in to look at the hybrid Jeep and ended up buying an electric Vauxhall Mokka. Derrick and the team were friendly and answered all of my many questions. I train sales teams, so know sales tactics very well, and found Derrick to be very professional and good at what he did without being overly pushy. I got a very good deal and the whole experience was efficient and seamless. The app is excellent.
