If anybody is thinking of buying an Ev from Arnold Clark then please get your own Ev charger before buying a car from them. It’s was an absolute nightmare. They give you a price of £549 which is incorrect as that does not include surge protection which nearly leads to £700 which is reasonable if they could actually install the charger within the 2 weeks they state not 5 weeks. The lack of care and communication is terrible never again to much stress and people passing the buck and not taking ownership of the whole buying experience. The best word I can use is appalling. We eventually managed to get it resolved with Denice at bumblebee so a special thanks to her for going the extra mile and arranging an install date for the next day after we had been let down with the original appointment.
