The current, second-generation Nissan Juke Tekna is available with petrol or hybrid power. The petrol engine has 115bhp, while the petrol-electric Hybrid has 140bhp. You can choose between a manual or automatic gearbox with the petrol engine, while the Hybrid is automatic-only.
The petrol engine isn’t as responsive as that in rivals like the Ford Puma, but it’s quiet and fuel-efficient. The Hybrid gives much perkier performance, especially in town, and is even more fuel-efficient.
The first-generation Juke was available with a broader range of engines, including petrol engines with 110bhp to 187bhp and a 108bhp diesel engine.
