Cazoo tops UK car marketplace app downloads in Q2 2026

• Cazoo app overtakes market leader for quarterly and monthly downloads
• 412,527 app downloads in Q2 2026, 132,395 downloads in June 2026
• App downloads up 80% year-on-year in Q2 2026

Cazoo took the number one honours for the UK’s most downloaded car marketplace app in Q2.

Data from Sensor Tower, the global provider of digital intelligence, shows Cazoo hit 412,527 downloads from April to June, ahead of Auto Trader (401,989) and CarGurus (269,131).

Cazoo also retained the top spot in June 2026 for the second consecutive month with 132,395 downloads, ahead of Auto Trader (123,813) and CarGurus (108,418).

Cazoo’s data shows downloads of its app increased 80% in Q2 2026, compared to the same period in 2025.

The app has been enhanced this year with new features designed to improve the user experience, including AI-generated vehicle comparisons, a Sell My Car function and price alerts.
