Recently bought a VW Golf from WMG, i was being assisted by Damon during this process. I hadn\u2019t initially realised that it was appointment only however Damon was able to still assist me with looking at the car and provided options for this and was shortly booked in for a test drive. Damon fully explained and clearly explained the whole process from their side and kept me upto date and checked in regularly to ensure everything was all ok on my end. Recently purchased a car from Walters, they carried out the preparation works we discussed and I am very happy with the car. The warranty for a year was a little expensive to include the cover for the roof, but now have peace of mind for 12 months. The slight negative was the preparation time, of some 3 weeks from deposit to ready to collect.
