I recently purchased a BMW E90 M3 from WR Car Sales and overall it was a very positive experience. From start to finish the team were friendly, patient, and very easy to deal with. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never rushed me during the viewing or test drive, which made the whole process feel relaxed and straightforward. The car itself was exactly as described \u2014 clean, well-presented and in great condition, which gave me confidence in the purchase. I especially appreciated the transparency and the fact they weren\u2019t pushy or insistent on upselling anything unnecessary. This no-pressure approach made such a difference compared to other dealerships I\u2019ve visited. Communication throughout was strong, with quick responses to emails and calls, and they even went out of their way to make the handover smooth. The dealership clearly cares about customer satisfaction and building trust, not just closing a sale. Would absolutely recommend WR Car Sales to anyone looking for a well-prepared used car and a professional, honest buying experience.
I purchased a vehicle not just because the car was great and exactly as seen on the photos, but importantly after receiving fantastic service . I travelled an hour and a half to see the car after reading the dealership reviews. The car was in excellent condition and well detailed. Ready and waiting to drive at the time I arranged . I\u2019m so glad I made the trip. I dealt with Ash who was very professional, friendly, accommodating and helpful. Put simply nothing was too much trouble . Every question answered and everything I requested was dealt with quickly. Paperwork was fast and simple. No pushy selling at all. While I was there I looked around at their stock and I can honestly say they appear to only have top class well presented cars. I am a 64 year old man who has been involved in service industries all my life and I very rarely write a review. I did this time because the business and Ash in particular deserve one for outstanding and caring service. I highly recommend this dealership. People and businesses like this are hard to find these days!
Jamie and I purchased an l200 a few months back from Raz and team. We purchased knowing there was a fault and throughout the continual attempt to repair, Raz remained by our side to fix the fault. From the time of us arriving, Raz and brother ensured our wellbeing was taken care of. Excellent support, approachable team and lovely place to purchase a vehicle from. Welcoming and helpful family run business. Very easy purchase and very helpful from all the guys at WR car sales. I travelled a fair journey to come view a car, I was picked up from the local train station which was very kind and not necessary. When we arrived at the showroom the cars were all in great condition, you could tell they took great pride in their work. The car I ended up buying was in near pristine condition for being thirteen years old. On the long drive back to Scotland there were zero issues or hiccups with the car and I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks to all at WR car sales.
I had such a great experience. Ash went above and beyond for me even when there were a few hiccups on my side with the finance, he sorted everything out quickly and professionally. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. Super helpful, friendly, genuine family ran business and a really great company. This was a great experience from start to finish. Ash talks sense and I at no time felt under pressure or as if I was being sold to. I have to say that all the cars in the showroom were unbelievably well presented. I am very happy with the car and the advice that I have had (at my request).
