I'd recommend Vertu Volvo as the cars are great to look at and drive. The experience up to and purchasing the car was good. The problems arose when we collected the car. We did not receive the service we expected. The car was not cleaned to the high standard stated. Although they did give the opportunity for us to return and have it done again. (Not worth the cost of driving there and back). 2 weeks later we are still awaiting a call back as we had an issue with satnav. After several hours on google we did manage to solve the issue ourselves even though it’s under warranty! Not impressed so far with the after sales service.
I'd recommend Vertu Volvo Yeovil to anyone because the service I got, from Josh in particular, was efficient and I had my car within two weeks of initial contact. I had been in touch with a few other garages (nationwide) and this was by far the best service I had received.
Vertu Volvo Yeovil were helpful because the sales person took account of our specific requirements. Also the sales team has been welcoming and patient as we make the change to driving an electric plug in hybrid after nearly 50 years of fossil fuel powered vehicles. The invitation to stop by the show room still stands should any other query crop up.
