Vertu Volvo Taunton were helpful because Josh went above and beyond and was just a really nice guy and nothing was to much trouble and he never made you feel like you were asking to many questions and he helped every step of the way but the after sales was not great

They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find the right car without any pressure. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this showroom to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Taunton because customer service is very poor. Initial sales meet and test drive were fine. Handover was long winded and car not taxed. Sat in forecourt waiting for this to be done. Dealer tried to fix a bodywork issue on the cheap so it failed 24 hours after we had it. This meant it went back after a week. No follow up after it was returned. Mudflaps ordered were not fitted on return. There is no feeling of people putting themselves out for you or that you have saved over £25,000 pounds and chose to spend it with them.
