My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Skipton was positive because - I found Hassan very helpful and knowledgeable there were a couple of scratches on the bodywork and they sorted these out before I picked the car up, having bought an automatic car and never driven one before I was given a full demonstration of how the car worked making me feel very confident when I came to drive it away.
I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because firstly the salesman said a few scratches would be removed but that didn’t happen. Then a couple of issues needed looking at but the main one wasn’t addressed because the salesman hadn’t passed on the correct information. Finally the service record wasn’t with the car so had to chase that. The salesman seemed very slack.
I'd definitely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton to friends and family because the whole process was really easy and enjoyable, the sales team made us feel really at ease, really helpful with all aspects of the sale and the contact before abd after the sale has been fantastic. Would highly recommend the service
I was happy with the service at Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because the salesman, Dom Whitehead took us through the process professionally and efficiently without being too pushy or pressurising. He explained everything clearly in a conversational manner. The only negative was it took over 2 weeks for the 3 pin charging cable promised as part of the deal to arrive which was irritating. That aside, the whole process was, generally, a good experience.
